Faculty
Our faculty is our greatest resource and the heart of our school.
When alumnae/i recall their years here, they remember their teachers, not just the lessons they learned. Our teachers are accessible, interesting people whose primary concern is the success of each individual child.
More than half of the faculty hold or are pursuing graduate degrees and, on average, a Rowland Hall teacher has taught for over 15 years. In addition to their duties as teachers, advisors, club leaders, coaches and committee members, faculty take time for their own professional growth. Our teachers attend conferences where they are exposed to the best minds in their fields of study and instruct others in their profession at regional and national seminars.
