We Need You!

Dear Alumni,

We are proud to be the Chairs of this year’s Annual Fund. Our message is simple: the Annual Fund is a critical component of Rowland Hall’s budget, bridging the gap between the school’s revenue and expenses. While there are other ways of closing that gap, namely raising tuition or cutting programs, Rowland Hall - as does virtually every other private school - chooses to reach out to its community for tax deductible donations. Our goal is to raise $1,000,000 this year.

Many of you have responded to our message and have generously donated to this year’s Annual Fund, and we are grateful. Thanks to you, as well as current parents, grandparents, faculty and staff, we have raised $654,000 to date. For those who have not yet participated, we need to hear from you.

As Chairs, we have a simple challenge for you: raise alumni participation in the Annual Fund. We know our economy has struggled. We also know that we all are asked to contribute to dozens of worthwhile and deserving organizations. As alumni, Rowland Hall simply needs to be at or near the top of your “giving” priority list. This is your school!

Please, give to the Annual Fund as generously as you can. You can send a check, or give online through the website, www.rowlandhall.org/support/give_online. We are all part of an incredible community at Rowland Hall. If we all participate, we will reach our goal, this year and every year.
