| 4th Grade: As part of our social science curriculum, the fourth grade will be traveling to the state capitol. We will have a tour of the newly renovated building and watch the legislature in action from the gallery. Please make sure your child is wearing his/her best uniform on that day! Thank you. | Sustainability: During Week Three of the Green Cup Challenge the entire school reduced its electrical consumption by slightly more than 9%! Rowland Hall is competing against 213 schools across the United States. The competition ends on Monday, February 22. A Green Cup Challenge suggestion for the week is to check out www.ParkCityGreen.org, an award-winning website. This site has great tools for green behaviors and activities, such as "My Sustainable Year", where you can commit to your own personal goals with the "What If Calculator"." |
