Studying - Eccles LibraryThe Eccles Library media program, located on the Lincoln Street campus, is a resource center for information and curriculum support for Middle and Upper school faculty and students. The goal of the library is to support the curriculum, promote, develop and encourage students to skillfully evaluate information critically, and to be able to navigate a technologically rich environment. In addition, to use or interpret the information productively and accurately so students will develop independence, information skills, and appreciate and enjoy the library and pursue life-long learning.

The purpose of this site is to help students with research needs and develop and promote independence and information literacy. We hope that this site will provide access to quality information resources to support learning for the entire school community 24/7. 



Steiner Library - Class in Session

Steiner Library - McCarthey Campus


The Steiner Library is located on the McCarthey campus. It is a resource for Pre-K through fifth grade students, teachers and parents. Rowland Hall students visit the library individually and for weekly classes in literature, media literacy, and research. The library curriculum supports and is integrated with the classroom curriculum.

The goals of the library program are to prepare children to be life-long learners and to be independent and discriminating information users.
