Rowland Hall is the oldest school in the state of Utah. Position Summary
Rowland Hall is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee their entire academic program as Assistant Head of Academics. This position will report directly to the Head of School and serve on the school’s senior leadership team.
Primary Job Responsibilities

Will be responsible for curriculum development and alignment from preschool through 12th grade, in coordination with the academic leadership team.

Will oversee the implementation and further development of the school’s strategic priorities, in coordination with Principals and the Director of Equity and Inclusion.

Will collaborate with members of the leadership team to collect and analyze data as it relates to student and employee surveys, and to successfully implement programs and strategic priorities.

Will be a key partner to the Board of Trustees in future program development.

Will lead the development of professional growth and evaluation across all four divisions, including maintaining funds and grants for professional development.

Will support Principals with parent communication, education, and relationship building.

Will play a strategic leadership role in opening the new campus, scheduled for the fall of 2026.

A systems and operational expert, who can set working norms and clear expectations for teams, as well as review the complex systems and structures of a four-division, two-campus institution.

Additional Important Information
This is a full-time, exempt position, reporting to the Head of School. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2025.
