Faculty & Staff Profile

Becky joined the Rowland Hall faculty in 2024. She has an AB in biochemistry from Harvard University, an MPH from the University of Cape Town, and an MD from Stanford University. Following her undergraduate studies, she worked as a rural health volunteer for the Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa. She completed her medical degree in 2008 and surgical residency in 2016. Becky worked as a general and specialty-trained surgeon prior to coming to Rowland Hall.

In addition, Becky is mother to three girls, one husband, one dog, and one cat. She likes to cook, garden, and dance. She loves trashy romance novels and non-fiction. She is a dedicated lifelong learner. She is excited to pass along her curiosity to students and colleagues.
