Niure Damico is originally from São Paulo, Brazil, where she graduated in law in 1998 and served as a contracts analyst for a global company. She has been living in Utah since 2012 and started a career in education teaching world languages and cultures at American Innovation Academy in South Jordan. She also tutored reading and writing through the school's special education department. She worked as the Upper School receptionist, administrative professional, and Advisor until last year and is starting a new challenge with the Advancement team as Advancement Services Manager. She's a practical, high-energy, dynamic person who throws herself into the things she's passionate about: traveling, reading, cooking, organizing, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Her daughter Beca graduated from Rowland Hall in 2021 and will be an NYU student Class of 2025.
