Justine was born and raised in Northeast Kansas. She received a master’s degree in early childhood special education from the University of Kansas. Following graduation, she began teaching special education in Kansas City. After six years as a special education teacher, she and her husband moved to Austin, TX, where she taught 4PreK. In her personal life, she and her husband love traveling, music, patio-sitting, being outdoors, and spending time with their dog, Rocco.
