In his new role as associate director of annual giving at Rowland Hall, Dave is excited to connect with families and alumni, fostering a culture of giving that strengthens the school community. His background in outdoor education and nonprofit leadership taught him the value of collaboration, adaptability, and the power of bringing people along on a journey.

When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him searching for powder to ski, biking around town, hiking in the hills, escaping to the desert, or, more than likely, in the sprinkler aisle at Lowes. Dave and his wife are the proud parents of a curious young son whose favorite question is “Why?” and they can’t wait to start him at Rowland Hall this year. Dave believes in blending personal passions with professional goals to make a lasting impact—and he’s thrilled to be doing just that at Rowland Hall.
