Carol joined Rowland Hall as the director of enrollment management in 2026. Prior to Rowland Hall, Carol was director of admission and financial aid at Episcopal High School in Bellaire, TX, where she led enrollment strategy, financial aid, and admission operations. She served as director of college counseling at The Hockaday School in Dallas and Hawken School in Cleveland, and she earlier held admissions and enrollment roles at Boston University and MIT.

Throughout her career, Carol has contributed to the growth of the fields of admission and college counseling. She served as president of the Texas Association of College Admission Counseling and sat on advisory boards for the Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools, the University of Michigan, the University of Georgia, the University of Tulsa, and Miami University. Her writing has been published in educational journals and blogs and she is a frequent presenter at national conferences.

Carol holds a master of education in policy, planning, and administration and a bachelor of science in journalism from Boston University. A Wyoming native with strong ties to Salt Lake City, she is excited to share Rowland Hall stories with prospective families.
