Kody Partridge
MA, English, Brigham Young University
Kody has been teaching the eleventh-grade English and AP Lang/Comp classes since August 2003. Kody taught at Butler Middle School for four years before coming to Rowland Hall. Prior to that, she taught writing at Salt Lake Community College. A native of Montana, Kody received her BA in Spanish and humanities and her MA in English from Brigham Young University. While in college, she participated in a study abroad program in Madrid, Spain, and was a foreign exchange student in Honduras. In addition to her passion for teaching, Kody loves gardening and is thrilled to expand the possibilities of maintaining a garden all year with her new greenhouse.
Kody was the recipient of the Upper School's 2007 Sumner Family Excellence in Teaching Award and the 2016 Cary Jones Faculty Mentor Award.
