Kody Partridge
MA, English, Brigham Young University
Kody has been teaching 11th-grade English and AP Language and Composition classes since August 2003. Kody taught at Butler Middle School for four years before coming to Rowland Hall. Prior to that, she taught writing at Salt Lake Community College. A native of Montana, Kody received her BA in Spanish and humanities and her MA in English from Brigham Young University. While in college, she participated in a study abroad program in Madrid, Spain, and was a foreign exchange student in Honduras. In addition to her passion for teaching, Kody loves gardening and is thrilled to expand the possibilities of maintaining a garden all year with her new greenhouse.
Kody was the recipient of the Upper School's 2007 Sumner Family Excellence in Teaching Award and the 2016 Cary Jones Faculty Mentor Award.
