Field and Facility Rentals

• Fields are available after 5:30 pm on weekdays.
• For insurance reasons, goals are only available at an additional cost. For an additional $40 an hour, a school representative will unlock the goals and remain on the premises during your event.
• A certificate of insurance will be required for all reservations.
• A $500 security deposit is required for all-season team reservations. This charge will appear on your first invoice for payment. This is refundable if there is no damage to the fields during the rental season.
• No dogs or other animals.
• No food or drink (other than water) are allowed on the fields.
• No tables or chairs are allowed on the fields but may be set up on the sidewalk north of fields. Exception: lawn chairs are allowed on fields.
• Scoreboards and other field equipment are not available to outside group rental.

• On-site restrooms will not be opened for outside groups. Portable toilets are available and changed out frequently.

• There are no field lights for after-dark use.

• Please park in the McCarthey Campus parking lot and walk west to the fields. The Steiner Campus parking lot is closed due to construction. Access is only available for handicap drop-off by special request.
• No metal cleats.
• No gum.
• No smoking.
• No sunflower seeds.
• Fields are closed if temperatures are 99 degrees and above, or 30 degrees and below.

Permitted Uses Only

• The space may only be used for approved activities such as classroom instruction, meetings, discussion groups, small seminars, or conferences.
• No social events, parties, or performances are allowed in classrooms.

No Unauthorized Modifications

• No tape, nails, or adhesives on walls, windows, or whiteboards.
• Furniture and equipment must not be moved without prior approval.
• AV equipment or school-owned technology may not be used without staff supervision or prior agreement.

No Food or Drink (Unless Approved)

• Food and beverages are not allowed unless specifically permitted in writing.
• Renter is responsible for cleanup and disposal of any trash.

Adult Supervision Required (if youth are involved)

• If minors are present, the renting group must provide appropriate adult supervision and comply with all school safety policies (including background checks, if required).

Insurance & Liability

• The renter must provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the school as an additional insured party.
• The renter assumes responsibility for any damage, loss, or injuries occurring during their use of the space.

No Use of Adjacent Areas

• Access is restricted to the rented classroom(s) only. Hallways, other classrooms, staff rooms, or locked areas are off-limits.

School’s Right to Cancel

• The school reserves the right to cancel or terminate the rental at any time if the renter violates any policies or if the space is needed for school-related purposes.

No Disruptive or Inappropriate Activity

• Activities that are loud, disruptive, or misaligned with the school’s mission or values are not permitted.
   

• Not available to for-profit groups.
• Generally available after 4 pm weekdays.

• When requesting this space you must give clear details for any audiovisual equipment and setup needs.
• Available September through May. Not available in the summer due to lack of air conditioning.
• Available after 4 pm if there are no school rehearsals.
• The rental fee for this space does not include the staffing required for its use. Additional fees will apply for security, operations, and theater tech support services.
• The stage functions primarily as a classroom during the school year. Please note that a set will always be present on stage in September, October, November, March, and April. As such, all events must work around this schedule and configuration.

Events that Can Be Accommodated

• Speaker events
• Author readings or talks
• Minimal-tech events (basic lighting wash, sound, screen, and projector only)
• Film screenings
• Events requiring only one in-house tech on site

Events that Cannot Be Accommodated

• Full-scale productions (theatre, dance, etc.)
• Events needing rehearsals in the space before the performance
• Events requiring storage of props, costumes, or gear
• Events needing lighting rehangs, refocusing, re-coloring, or programming of light/sound boards
• Events that require more than one in-house tech on site
