Middle School Course Description

Extension Course | One Semester (Spring) | Open to seventh- and eighth-grade students with previous experience

Students in Advanced Ceramics will build on skills learned in previous ceramics classes. Both wheel and hand-built projects will further develop the methods used previously while also introducing new and more advanced techniques. Students will keep a sketchbook to develop their ideas as they work towards project completion. Prerequisite - students must have taken at least one-quarter of ceramics as a seventh or eighth grader.
