Middle School Course Description

Extension Course | Yearlong | Open to all Middle School students

Beginning Band is for students interested in learning to play a woodwind or brass instrument: flute, alto saxophone, trumpet, or trombone. Although no musical experience is required, getting set up on an instrument and taking a few private lessons in the summer prior to the school year or planning to take private lessons during the school year is strongly recommended. This is a yearlong commitment.
