Flexible schedule, working at least 10 hours/week for at least 4 weeks, between 6/12 and 8/18
Rowland Hall’s Marketing and Communications department seeks a Jr. Webmaster intern for the summer of 2023. The Jr. Webmaster will have the ability to work on a wide variety of projects, including but not limited to the following:
- performing accessibility enhancements by adding alt text to images, captions to videos, and metadata to files
- transferring information from Rowland Hall’s 150th celebration website to a new historical section on the main website
- designing and transferring the student council website so that it is housed on Rowland Hall’s main site
- backloading old issues of Tesserae and the Gazette to their new homes on Rowland Hall’s website
- identifying and resolving problems with pages or files that impact user experience
- identifying and updating out-of-date information and photos on the website
- identifying website needs and potential.
This internship is great for anyone considering a career in marketing, communications, web design, computer programming, or a related field.
Please Note: While Rowland Hall’s Marketing and Communications department is offering three internships, we will only accept a maximum of two interns.
