Our teachers know and nurture each student. With an average class size of 15 and a student-to-faculty ratio of 10:1, teachers engage in meaningful collaborations with students every day. As active participants in their own learning, students use their unique voices, question ideas, take on challenges, and offer solutions to problems, all in a safe environment. 

As mentors, Rowland Hall teachers support the whole child—from helping young learners discover their passions and grow intellectually and emotionally, to promoting student well-being. Through a robust ethical education curriculum; opportunities for open dialogue; and a focus on compassion, empathy, and a supportive peer environment, Rowland Hall is leading the path for student wellness in Utah. Our goal is to foster a community of learners who are healthy, motivated, and prepared for the challenges life has to offer.
