Welcome to Rowland Hall Athletics! As director of athletics, I am thrilled to oversee a program that emphasizes the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth through athletic competition. Our coaches and athletes strive to excel on and off the field, court, track, or pool.

Rowland Hall senior Arden Louchheim to play golf for NCAA I University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

In November 2022, Rowland Hall senior, and standout youth golfer, Arden Louchheim, signed her National Letter of Intent, committing to play for the University of Nebraska women's golf team beginning in fall 2023. A longtime dual sport athlete in golf and ski racing, Arden chose to focus fully on golf after her sophomore year of high school in the hope of becoming a collegiate golfer. She shares more about that decision, her athletic journey, and what she's looking forward to as a Husker.

Upper School Athletics

Rowland Hall’s Upper School is classified as a Division 2A school in Region 17 of the Utah High School Activities Association.
