Middle School Athletics

Our philosophy centers on providing a competitive yet developmental program that allows all student-athletes the opportunity to reach their potential.

The Middle School is proud of its diverse and inclusive athletics program that welcomes and develops players of all abilities and identities. In every sport we offer, our teams have fun, compete well, learn and develop skills, demonstrate sportsmanship, and strive for excellence. Rowland Hall Middle School student-athletes compete in the Wasatch Athletic Conference (WAC) and can be three-season athletes. We run the following male- and female-aligned sports, with the exception of lacrosse, which is only for female-aligned athletes: soccer, volleyball, basketball, cross country, and lacrosse.
