Each sports season, the Region 17 Board of Managers recognizes seniors who meet the criteria for Academic All-Region honors. The Utah High School Activities Association also recognizes excellence in the classroom with the designation of Academic All-State status, awarded to senior student-athletes who meet their standards (usually only 10 in each classification and sport).

Five Rowland Hall spring sports athletes were recognized with both Academic All-Region and Academic All-State honors this year: Hans Baker (boys tennis), Bryce Decker (boys tennis), Eric Brown (boys tennis), Baker Campsen (boys soccer), and Noa Fukushima (boys soccer).

Congratulations to these Winged Lions on achieving excellence not only in the competitive athletics arena, but also in the classroom.
