Cross Country

Go the Distance

Cross country offers an immersive experience where student-athletes, supported by dedicated teammates and coaches, learn to push and expand their physical and mental boundaries.

To be a successful runner for Rowland Hall means committing fully to the student-athlete identity: balancing the rigorous demands of academic studies, running, and team loyalty. We emphasize the discipline and commitment needed to succeed in this highly challenging sport. For our coaching staff, the greatest measure of success is the lifelong passion athletes take with them.
