Rowland Hall is thrilled to welcome students and families to the 2023–2024 school year.

• Olive Jacoby joins Rowland Hall as a McCarthey Campus lunch and recess monitor.
• Yvonne Martinez returns to Rowland Hall as a McCarthey Campus lunch and recess monitor.

Beginning School

• Mimi Andrews joins Rowland Hall as a kindergarten assistant teacher.

Beginning School Role Changes

• Dani Carpenter, formerly a Beginning School lunch/playground monitor and experiential learning afternoon support staff member, is now the five-day 3PreK assistant teacher.
• Lynelle Stoddard, formerly the five-day 3PreK lead teacher, is now the three-day 3PreK lead teacher.

Lower School

• Kaelis Sandstrom joins Rowland Hall as the TREC (technology, robotics, engineering, and coding) teacher.

Lower School Role Changes

• Dr. Torry Montes, formerly a fifth-grade teacher, is now a second-grade teacher. 
• Liz Sorensen, formerly a second-grade teacher, is now the Lower School Spanish specialist.

Middle School

New Middle School Faculty and Staff

• Kayden Al-Mosawi joins Rowland Hall as the Middle School social-emotional support counselor. Kayden will be covering Leslie Czerwinski’s role during her maternity leave.
• Alana Boynton joins Rowland Hall as a Middle School Spanish teacher and a seventh-grade advisor.
• Eve Grenlie joins Rowland Hall as the eighth-grade American studies teacher.
• Paul Hochman joins Rowland hall as the middle and upper school media arts teacher.
• Lindsay Mackintosh joins Rowland Hall as the seventh-grade science teacher and an advisor.
• Cassia Peeler joins Rowland Hall as a Middle School French and Spanish teacher.
• Grace Riter ’18 joins Rowland Hall as a middle and upper school dance teacher.
• Kate Siwicki joins Rowland Hall as a sixth-grade English teacher and an advisor.

Upper School

• Jesse Chavez joins Rowland Hall as the associate director of college counseling and lead class advisor.
• Paul Hochman joins Rowland hall as the middle and upper school media arts teacher.
• Dr. Lydia Jackson joins Rowland Hall as an Upper School English teacher.

• Grace Riter ’18 joins Rowland Hall as a middle and upper school dance teacher.

Upper School Role Changes

• Carlos Eyzaguirre ’06, formerly a debate coaching assistant, is now the entrepreneurship teacher.

Rowmark Ski Academy
