Rowmark Coach Profile

Peter Girardi is the friendly force behind the scenes at Rowmark Ski Academy, proudly serving as both the Head Men’s FIS Coach and Head Conditioning Coach since joining the team in 2022. With a wide range of ski racing experience across the U.S., Europe, and Canada, Peter brings a global perspective to athletic development.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Montana State University and splits his time between the slopes and Salt Lake City, where he lives with his wife Megan and their son Theo. Away from training sessions, you’ll often find him road biking, sweating it out in fitness routines, or enjoying time on the family boat.

Peter’s coaching style is rooted in empathy and energy—he truly values building strong connections with his athletes. His focus on technical precision, physical conditioning, and recovery helps create well-rounded skiers who perform confidently on and off the snow.
