Rowmark Coach Profile

Alyson joined Rowmark Ski Academy in 2024 as the U8 Head Coach. She grew up in western Massachusetts, where she developed a lifelong love of skiing in the Berkshires and throughout the Northeast.

After earning a degree in Biology from the University of Rochester, Alyson was commissioned in the U.S. Navy and served as a Naval Aviator for over ten years. She now applies her leadership and operational experience as the Director of Finance and Operations for Cor Medical Ventures, helping bring the next generation of medical devices to market.

Alyson began her coaching career in Traverse City, Michigan, with the Grand Traverse Ski Club, and most recently coached with the Snow Summit Race Team in Big Bear Lake, California. She believes the U8 age group represents one of the most important developmental windows for skill acquisition, laying the foundation for future success in the sport.

Coaching young athletes is also deeply rewarding for Alyson, and she is excited to help nurture their growth, confidence, and love for ski racing—while sharing her passion for the sport with the next generation of racers and future Olympians.
