Rowmark Coach Profile

Per Lundstam joined Rowmark Ski Academy in 2025 as program director, bringing with him decades of experience in elite-level athletic performance and sport science. Before coming to Rowmark, Per served as the director of alpine sport science at US Ski & Snowboard, where he returned in 2021 after over a decade with the Red Bull High Performance Team in Santa Monica, CA.

From 2010 to 2021, Per was the athlete performance director at Red Bull, where he worked with world-class athletes across a wide range of sports. His time at Red Bull deeply shaped his approach to human performance, exposing him to cutting-edge methodologies and the dynamic, innovative culture of one of the most recognized global performance brands.

Per's career spans over 20 years with US Ski & Snowboard, where he contributed to athlete development and sport science innovation. His early career also included a four-year period with the Swedish Ski Federation in the 1990s, focusing on coaching and training.

In his current role at Rowmark, Per is dedicated to supporting athletes in their pursuit of excellence while encouraging and embracing their academic development. He continues to advance a comprehensive platform for performance optimization within the alpine skiing community in the US.

Per resides in Park City, Utah, with his wife, Janet, and their son, Odin.
