Rowmark Coach Profile

Jeni Conover brings over 30 years of coaching experience across multiple areas of youth development. As a mother of three, she is passionate about guiding children and young adults to build new skills at every level while fostering confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of sport.

Jeni’s unique life story began off the coast of Maine, where she grew up on a boat and later in a lighthouse. Her early years were filled with adventure, sailing across the Atlantic and throughout Europe and Scandinavia. During the winters, she discovered her love for ski racing. Jeni attended Stratton Mountain School in Vermont and later raced for the University of New Hampshire before completing her degree at Western Colorado University, earning a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

Her coaching career is extensive, with experience in Colorado at Crested Butte, Telluride, and Vail, as well as directing the Camden Snow Bowl Racing Program in Maine for many years before joining Carrabassett Valley Academy.

Jeni holds numerous certifications, including a U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License, USSA Level 200 Coaching Certification, Wilderness First Responder, and CPR/First Aid credentials.

In the summer months Jeni owns and directs her own summer camp called OceanExplorerMaine LLC based in Camden, Maine. .

Jeni is very excited to be in Utah working with the junior athletes and the talented staff here at Rowmark Academy!
