Note: Beginning in the 2025–2026 school year, our principals and assistant principals will be known as heads or assistant heads of their divisions—same trusted leadership, just new titles.

• Patrick Murphy, formerly the Technology Support Center manager on the Lincoln Street Campus, is now facilities maintenance lead on the McCarthey Campus

Beginning School

New Beginning School Faculty

• Ashley Catmull joins Rowland Hall as a 4PreK assistant teacher, working alongside Mara Kushner.

Beginning School Role Changes

• Brittney Hansen, formerly Beginning School and Lower School assistant principal, is now assistant head of school for academics.

Lower School

New Lower School Faculty

• Annie Crandall joins Rowland Hall as a second-grade teacher.
• Coti Hudgens joins Rowland Hall as a fifth-grade teacher.
• Jayson Schott joins Rowland Hall as a Lower School PE teacher.
• Cassie Stephens joins Rowland Hall as a Lower School PE teacher.

Lower School Role Changes and Expansions

• Brittney Hansen, formerly Beginning School and Lower School assistant principal, is now assistant head of school for academics.
• Hannah Ruske, formerly a third-grade teacher, is now a fourth-grade teacher as well as the Lower School divisional equity coordinator.
• Jayme Young, formerly a Lower School substitute teacher, is now a fourth-grade teacher.

Middle School

New Middle School Faculty and Staff

• Dr. J Dianne Brederson joins Rowland Hall as head of Middle School.
• Nicole Buck joins Rowland Hall as assistant head of Middle School.
• Taylor Ouzts joins Rowland Hall as Middle School and Upper School choir teacher.

• Sam Thomas ’16, Middle School French and Spanish teacher, is now also the Middle School divisional equity coordinator.

Upper School

• Dr. Samantha Edwards joins Rowland Hall as an Upper School English teacher.

Rowmark Ski Academy

New Rowmark Staff

• Per Lundstam joins Rowland Hall as Rowmark Ski Academy director.
